A healthy church is supposed to naturally grow, just as a healthy baby does, through its expected steps in maturity. If a church is stagnant at some point and showing no progress in increasing its membership, its pastors and leaders need to look at the situation with more attention. All necessary measures should be taken to change its growth pattern and revitalize its mission and expansion.

OA has created a team that promotes member churches to give particular care to improve their growth patterns. Pastors are assisted with diverse programs aimed at achieving the goal of their Church Growth, including specific counseling, resources, and strategies. Every church needs both a general and unique approach in pursuit of their growth.

The Church Growth team serves OA churches to find the best pathway that leads them to increase their membership steadily and consistently.
