During the recent D.Min Colloquium, missionary intern Pastor Rebekah Zhang from Fiji enjoyed a meaningful time of fellowship with esteemed senior professor Dr. Cowley. The two discussed the ongoing evangelism and Bible study efforts in Fiji, with Pastor Rebekah providing an update on recent progress in the field. She testified to the impact of two dedicated native Christians actively leading the campus mission to expand God’s Kingdom in Fiji and Tonga, expressing gratitude for their commitment and zeal.
Dr. Cowley, encouraged by the report, shared his belief that the mission efforts in Fiji are vital and affirmed the dedication of the two native Christians, calling them “very precious” for their invaluable contribution to the ministry. Their time together concluded with a heartfelt prayer led by Dr. Cowley, who offered a blessing for Intern Pastor Zhang and all missionaries working to share the Gospel in diverse parts of the world.
Intern Pastor Zhang continues to pray for deeper insight into God’s Word and the strength to apply her learning to further the Kingdom of God, bringing hope and spiritual growth to the Pacific Islands.
