Lent is a period of 40 days in the Christian calendar that begins on Ash Wednesday and ends on Easter Sunday. It is a time of reflection, self-examination, and repentance in preparation for the celebration of Jesus Christ’s resurrection on Easter Sunday.
During Lent, Olivet Assembly churches will be deepen their faith and draw closer to God through meditating on the meaning of the path of cross that Jesus walked through the Word of God, and also to participate in the life of Christ by actively sharing with their local communities of His love.
